You are required to attend the Parish Council meeting of the East Chinnock Parish Council which will take place on 7th March 2011 at 7.45pm in the Village Hall.

4. Matters arising from the minutes;
i) Additional post box collection.
5. District Councillor's report - Cllr Mr Ric Pallister

7. Chinnock Hollow; to agree traffic calming measures required.
8. Parish Council elections; to raise awareness and review the May meeting date.
9. Clerk's report and correspondence including;
i) Preschool request to use the recreation field on 11 June.
ii) to note the temporary road closure of Chinnock Hollow in March.
iii) complaint received regarding parked cars blocking access and pavements.
10. Finance;
i) to review the council's contribution to the clerk's Broadband/telephone costs.

i) parish clerk's February salary/expenses
ii) SALC 2011/12 affiliation fee = £117.25
