Our moderately paced walk normally lasts about two hours. This means about four to five miles by the time we have climbed a stile or two and admired views. There is no need to book just turn up.
When there is a fifth Tuesday in the month we have a longer walk starting at the hall at 10am, stopping for a pub lunch en route and returning to the village by about 4pm. These longer walks are usually between eight and ten miles and give us the opportunity to go a little bit further afield; to date we have walked in at least twelve different parishes always starting from our hall.
Over fifty villagers and friends have joined us at different times though normally there are about a dozen people on individual walks. Visitors to the village are welcome to join us. Our only rules are we are unable to accept unaccompanied children and dogs.
